Home is offered as a furnished long-term rental. 3-12 month lease preferred, shorter terms and or unfurnished can be considered for applicants at an adjusted rate. Owner covers basic utilities any additional services are covered by the tenant. One car garage is included with additional parking in the driveway for an additional vehicle. No smoking or vaping. No pets. Security deposit equal to one month's rent. Standard tenant screening required so please provide references as well. We do not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports. Renter's insurance required before move-in unless otherwise negotiated. Tenant is responsible for ordinary care of the home, furnishings, appliances, and all items listed on the move in inventory list.
