House in Westport, MA long driveway set back in the woods. if you happen to enjoy gardening, there's plenty of opportunity. very quiet household, non-smoking property. you would have basement level unfurnished private rooms which include kitchen and living room, bathroom, bedroom and office space. shared laundry area... Small shared storage area, One shared entrance and one private entrance. One designated outside parking space. minimum credit score 700 And must make 2.5 times the monthly fee of $1700. includes heat, water, electric, wifi (although, if you are a gamer, you may wish a faster Wi-Fi which is your own option), you are responsible for your own trash (we don't have trash service-need to go to dump). month to month; first month and security. The few pieces of furniture that you might see in the photos will be removed.
