The rent includes all utilities, trash, off street parking and wifi. Each month I'm usually making more home improvements so that the property is acceptable by everyone in the home. The basement is always cool so no a/c is needed - it's really comfortable. The property has a keyless system, you can select your own code. I require you have renters insurance to cover your own belongings. There is an egress window in the bedroom and I just installed a window well liner that looks like white brick, this way if you want to open the plantation shutters it's very nice. The only shared space is the laundry room/kitchenette with a newly completed & cheery space with some small appliances provided. There is plenty of storage. If you like to cook, you're welcome to use the kitchen on the main floor. This unit is very clean, and ask that the tenant be also. Due to the household expenses the rent is firm. I would expect the renter to stay at least for one year. Then month to month is fine. No couples and no animals (allergies). I expect some noise because it's just part of shared living.
