The property has a sprinkler system so that the grounds are always green and maintained. There is off street parking should your vehicle not fit in the garage. I have 4 fruit trees. The neighbors are very nice and look out for each other.

The rent includes all utilities, trash, 1 parking space in the garage (and remote) and wifi. Each month I'm usually making more home improvements so that the property is acceptable by everyone in the home. The basement is always cool so no a/c is needed. The property has a keyless system so no keys are necessary. I require you have renters insurance to cover your own belongings. There is an egress window in the bedroom and I just installed a window well liner that looks like white brick, this way if you want to open the plantation shutters it's very nice. The only shared space is the laundry room/Kitchenette with a newly completed & cheery space with some small appliances provided. There is plenty of storage. If you like to cook, you're welcome to use the kitchen on the main floor. This unit is very clean, and ask that the tenant be also. Due to the household expenses the rent is firm. I would expect the renter to stay at least for one year. Then month to month is fine. I do have a lease and no animals. I expect some noise because it's just part of shared living.
