Each unit offers updated flooring, fresh paint, and updated bathrooms. Traditional 12-Month leases and short term leases of 3 to 6-Months are available. The Security Deposit for a 12-Month Lease is equal to 1 full month's rent. The Security Deposit for a short term lease is 1-Bedroom, Small: $300, 1-Bedroom, Large: $350, 2-Bedroom: $500, plus an upfront one-time non-refundable Short Term Lease Fee of $1,000 regardless of the unit size. West Wing Apartments offer on-site laundry facilities that are shared with the Meadows on Main apartments. The West Wing is non-smoking and does not allow pets. The West Wing complex also houses 4 different Child Care provider businesses giving tenants the opportunity to arrange for daycare in the same building!
