Renter is responsible for all utilities including water, small repairs and maintenance such as bulbs, filters etc., yard maintenance, pest control and snow clearance. Non smokers only Preference for no pets. (may be considered with specific requirements) Must show employment and provide references. Sufficient income to qualify is 3 times the rent. . Credit score should be 700 and over. Minimum 12 month lease and open to longer term lease. No agent fee. Application process: Background and credit check. Application form which will be emailed to prospective tenants must be submitted and completed in full to be considered. All applicants over 18 must fill in the application form individually. All relevant documents must be submitted. Owner will pay for a Home warranty plan which will cover repairs of the systems and built in appliances. $100 deductible to be paid by the Tenant This list is not final and may be modified.
