We have nice, clean room in a beautiful area of West Palm Beach for rent. Rent includes, water, WiFi access, off-street parking and electric. This room (size 12 x 12) is located in a single family home that is super close to City Place, I-95, South Olive park and the Lake Worth Lagoon. You will be ALONE MOST OF THE TIME because of the living situation. We are looking for a easy going renter with a good attitude who is clean and has excellent security habits. This is an ideal situation for a clean and responsible professional person with steady full-time employment. Great deal if you are willing to keep the rooms that you use clean and you can keep the place secured. Very little to do in exchange for nice privacy and ideal living conditions with excellent benefits. The room has a full-size bed. You will have access to the entire house which including the kitchen and dining room. There are no laundry facilities onsite. I am looking for a respectful, clean and quiet person who has a good job and references. You must have proof of income and be willing to submit to a credit/background check. We will only rent to someone who can prove their identity and has a full-time a job. You'll have your own private bathroom and you will be responsible for cleaning your bathroom, bedroom and any areas that you frequently use. Smoking is allowed outside only. Please police your cigarette butts weekly if you smoke. No pets and no overnight visitors. You are free to use all common areas except for the master bedroom and the west wing bedroom/bathroom. There is NO STORAGE AVAILABLE on the property, so if you have large boxes, items, etc., you'll need to get yourself a storage unit. This is a month-to-month lease, which means you give me 30 days notice if you want to move and I will give you 30 days notice if we need for you to move out. This is an ideal situation for a responsible and clean individual. We're very easy going and easy to get along with as long as you are quiet, clean and respectful.
