Lease terms

The following are examples of important lease policy points. Tenants are responsible for paying monthly rent on time, as well as all required utilities and services, including water, gas, trash, phone, cable, and internet. All utility accounts must be transferred into the tenant's name within one week, or sooner, from the lease agreement signing date. Tenants must maintain renter's insurance, paid annually, and the landlord's name must be listed on the policy for payment notification. No lapse in the insurance policy is allowed. Bi-weekly grass service is provided. Tenants are responsible for clearing snow from the sidewalk within 24 hours after snowfall. If anything is broken or damaged, the tenant is responsible for repair or replacement. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property by tenants or visitors at any time. Fire Safety: Open fire pits and wood stoves are not allowed. Grills are allowed only on the brick portion of the patio to help prevent fire hazards and damage to the wooden areas. Water Equipment: Swimming pools of any kind, water equipment, and sprinklers are not allowed on the property. Jumping Equipment: Trampolines, bounce houses, or any other jumping equipment are not allowed on the property at any time for safety reasons.
