Upon arrival, you'll find that your comfort and convenience are the priority in this spacious, ground-floor 2 bed/1 bath apartment. Conveniently located for all the pleasures to be had in West Hollywood, it has all the comforts of home, with 2 large bedrooms, a full bathroom, an open kitchen/living area, a small outdoor area and a washer/dryer in the building. Each bedroom and living room have their own separate air conditioners. You will also be provided with a free neighborhood parking permit. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioners, luggage rack, and hotel-quality linens. The master bedroom has a queen-sized sleigh bed. The second bedroom has a full-size bed with a separate twin-sized trundle that slides from underneath. Please note, that the trundle has a traditional mattress, not a flimsy cot-like pad. Each bedroom also has incredibly generous closet space (practically wall-to wall). The unit also has a small outdoor seating area for morning coffee. While medicinal marijuana is legal in California, we ask that you not smoke marijuana on the property. The washer and dryer are on the ground floor of the building. They require quarters to operate and, again, the laundry room is in the buildingnot the apartment itself. Also, although it doesn't come with a dedicated parking spot on-site, the entire neighborhood is permit-only after 7 pm, which makes finding parking very easy. The loft-like floor plan of the kitchen/living room area share an extra-large table-height counter that is perfect for dining for four or spreading out your papers and laptop for work. The living area also has a very comfortable sectional, 55-inch Smart TV perfect for sitting back and relaxing in classic Hollywood style. To complete your decadent experience after a hard day of shopping, playing or work, the place creates a wonderful ambiance for lazing about.
