Private upstairs bed and bathroom with extra living space. Shared kitchen, laundry, and backyard. The bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and nightstand and a large walk in closet. The bathroom has a vanity and jacuzzi tub with showerhead.
There is a washer and dryer downstairs. The kitchen is shared but has plenty of storage space and pantry.
There are pets in the house - 2 dogs and a cat. Pets will be considered with prior approval and pet deposit. There are two dog runs in the backyard.
The backyard is fully fenced with lots of garden space and shade.
About housemate(s)
Single working female with pets. Generally working Mon-Fri. I enjoy gardening and working with animals. I do my best to keep the house tidy and am looking for someone who will do the same with the common areas. Good communication is key.
