Owner pays for snow plowing, and electricity. if electricity goes over $150 a month, you would be charged whatever that overage would be. However, there is a Toyo stove in there to use instead of electric heat if you want to add fuel to keep your electrical in range. In the Summertime, pretty much don't need the heat unless you really want it. It is booked with short-term rentals right now solid until September 8. ( however if you rent by looking at the video tour, stronger chances of being approved before rented.)
