Beautiful 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home fully stocked with everything you need! Includes washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, and BBQ grill.… Enjoy the peaceful back patio with beautiful views and no rear neighbors. Located near a playground and picnic tables. Guests also have access to two large pools (one heated year-round), two hot tubs, a fitness center, ping pong, foosball, putting green, lounge area, kitchen, and showers at the Clubhouse, perfect for a relaxing getaway! This ideal location is central to Zion's National Park, Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow, Quail Creek, and Red Cliffs Reserve. The Coral Canyon Golf Course wraps around the community with 12 other courses close by. The home is a beautiful 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, filled with fine furnishings, plenty of blankets, bedding, and towels. The back patio has a BBQ and a large outdoor dining set. We keep the property well-maintained and clean. Before each stay we stock it with paper towels, soaps, detergents, and toiletries. Of course, cable and internet are included. You can also find a fishing pond stocked with fish that lays at the entrance of the community. You will have access to the entire home during your stay, as well as the Coral Ridge Clubhouse (located just a short walk from the property). At the clubhouse, you will find two pools as well as two hot tubs. The community pools are heated year-round to 87 degrees, and hot tubs are heated to 102 degrees, You will also have access to the clubhouse gym and game rooms. To access these amenities you will need the key that is provided and can be located in the home. Owners do lock one hall closet which cannot be accessed. A keyless entry is set up so you can come and go as you please during your stay. Southern Utah Luxury is a text or phone call away and is always quick to respond. If needed we can be at the property within a moment's notice to assist. Coral Ridge is nestled in the heart of Southern Utah and is centered between Snow Canyon and Zions National Park. Downtown Saint George is only an 8-minute drive away, literally the epicenter of hundreds of restaurants and shopping options. If the arts are your passion Cedar City's Famous Shakespeare Festival or Tuacahn Center for the Arts are less than 1 hour away. Your stay includes access to the Coral Ridge Clubhouse where you can spend a lazy day at one of 2 beautiful, heated pools, or work out in the gym. Come home and relax in your personal hot tub adjacent to the world-class Coral Canyon Golf Course and many other beautiful golf courses, located near Coral Ridge. There is a stocked fishing pond at Razor Ridge Park, maintained by Washington City, right down the street from our townhome, and if you enjoy golf, the neighborhood is right next to Coral Canyon Golf Course. Golf pathways connect through the Coral Ridge Community, so you have direct walking access to the course. Our townhome has a one-car garage & driveway, and there are designated parking stalls outside. There is NO trailer, boat, or RV parking within Coral Ridge. The community is highly enforced and any vehicles found in violation will be towed and fined. The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7am-10pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the master bedroom closet. We have supplied the following for your use: hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, portable folding table and chairs, card games, pack-n-play travel crib, and more. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a small cooler, high chair, coffee machine and filters, crockpot, electric griddle, and children's plastic dinnerware, just to name a few. Check-in is 4 pm. Check-out is at 11 am. For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 West) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters. There is a garage door opener and pool key fob in the basket on the side table in the living room. Please return items there upon departure. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
