Rent & Deposit Structure: Security deposit = one month's rent; Pet rent + pet fee (if applicable); Utilities excluded; Optional monthly cleaning. Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping inside the house. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas (i.e. patio, garden, etc). Pet Policy: Dogs & cats allowed (up to 2); $75 pet rent + $350 one time fee; Furniture protection rules. Maintenance: Landlord will handle major exterior upkeep. Tenants will handle day to day maintenance of the property.
