The bedroom is at the back of the house away from any street noise and the window faces west for afternoon sun. The room comes furnished with a twin sized bed and a wardrobe.

The Parking: There is FREE off-street parking for four vehicles in the back of the house if you can coordinate with the other housemates that have cars. Also there's several blocks of ample un-zoned street parking with no restrictions across the street from the house.
The Neighborhood: The house is on 14th Street between Allison and Buchanan. It's one block from the Upshur Rec Center and Pool which is free for you to use. There are multiple 14th and 16th St bus lines to bring you downtown and the Georgia Ave/Petworth metro stop is a 15 minute walk. New Casa Mia Italian Eatery on the corner for some gelato! The house has a walk score of 91 since you are walking distance to all the supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. of Columbia Heights and Petworth.
