CHANDLER BASEMENT APARTMENT - Monthly Rent: $1777. AVAILABLE NOW! This very large, one bedroom apartment is vacant and available now. The apartment offers a modern countertop cooking suite. To comply with city regulations, the traditional stove has been replaced with a premium French-door 16-in-1 digital toaster oven/air fryer with an integrated temperature probe perfect for baking, roasting, air-frying, dehydrating, and more. The Neighborhood: The house is on 14th Street between Allison and Buchanan. It's one block from the Upshur Rec Center and Pool which is free for you to use. There are multiple 14th and 16th St bus lines to bring you downtown and the Georgia Ave/Petworth metro stop is a 15 minute walk. New Casa Mia Italian Eatery on the corner for some gelato! The house has a walk score of 91 since you are walking distance to all the supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. of Columbia Heights and Petworth.
