The suite comprises a large bedroom with sitting area, an additional room that can serve as a study or breakfast area, and a private bathroom. The household consists of myself (an older professional) and one other professional, who is in residence only Monday through Wednesday nights. Due to my frequent travel and my additional residence in Virginia, I am away from home regularly. The neighborhood is outstanding, and I seek a laid-back professional who is out and about in the area and who will appreciate and experience the amenities that Washington DC and Capitol Hill offer. For further details, please contact me directly. A three-month minimum stay is required, with rent set at $1950 for three months. $1850 for 4 or more months plus one-fifth of utilities. I am not looking for a teleworker or someone who needs a home office - - as myself and the other professional go into the office or travel a lot and we have have found that it is best to have another active roomate or traveling roomate in the home. there is one cat sweet cat .
