Background and credit check required for all applicants through Zillow. Signed lease and security deposit required to reserve the apartment. Rent is due monthly through Zillow. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No parties or large gatherings. No firearms, weapons, or hazardous materials are permitted on the property. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults. No pets. Quiet hours are observed between 10PM to 7AM. Please note: This apartment is the private English basement of an owner-occupied rowhome with its own separate entrance. While the spaces are fully independent, some normal household sounds between floors are possible, as is typical in multi-unit homes. We're looking for responsible tenants who will treat the apartment with care and enjoy it as their home during their stay.
