About the room
The available room is on the second floor and measures approximately 10'5" x 13'4". It was recently refreshed with improved insulation and three new casement windows. The north-facing room receives abundant natural light throughout the day. It also includes a closet. Available for move-in in early June 2026.
Note: the room photos in this listing were taken before the recent renovation. The three old windows have since been replaced with large casement windows, and insulation was improved at the same time.
