Property will be available on May 1st. Please note: This is a short term furnished rental only. It is for someone working in the area, but who has a home somewhere else. IF YOU DO NOT FIT THIS CRITERIA, DO NOT INQUIRE. PLEASE STATE IN YOUR INQUIRY THAT THIS IS YOUR SITUATION. You must fill out an application to be considered. We absolutely cannot take pets of any kind, no matter how nice! We prefer a 3 month or longer lease. There is a kitchenette only. Laundry facilities are not available in the unit, however, there is a wonderful laundromat less than a 10 minute drive away. The unit backs to trees, and is in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchenette consists of a medium size refrigerator/freezer, a microwave and toaster oven. You are free to bring an air fryer or slow cooker if you desire. The bedroom has a comfortable full size bed and closet with shelves and hanging space. The bathroom has a shower. Bed and bathroom linens are provided as well as starter paper products. There is a private entrance and driveway parking close by. There is no cable TV but there is strong wi-fi for streaming. Wi-fi and all utilities are included.
