North Corbin school district. The home has been freshly painted! Large backyard and the pasture in the back has cows, and chickens that will sometimes come to say hello! The home has central heating and window cooling. It has a fridge, dishwasher, and stove. It also has an enclosed laundry room, washer and dryer not provided. We are pet friendly however, we can't allow any aggressive dogs or Rottweilers, Dobermans, Akitas, Chows, German Shepherds, or PittBulls or any dog mixed with these breeds. These restrictions are from our insurance. We do allow cats that have been neutered and don't spray. We also don't allow anything that eats bugs. We don't do a large pet fee, instead we do a $25 rental increase for one pet and a $40 rental increase for 2 pets. Pet limit is 2. No smoking. Water and lawn is included in the rent.
