Rental Terms & Conditions Utilities included. No smoking permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property. A maximum of three (3) personally owned passenger vehicles may be kept on the property. Commercial vehicles, work trucks, trailers, RVs, boats, equipment, or vehicles used for business purposes are not permitted to be parked or stored on the property without the owner's prior written approval. All occupants residing in the home must be listed on the lease. No unauthorized occupants or long-term guests are permitted. No subletting, assignment of the lease, or short-term rentals (including Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms) are permitted.
