This two bedroom condo is situated at the base and lifts of Sugarbush Ski Resort (Mount Ellen) and steps into the Green Mountain National Forest (GMNF) to access various mountain biking, hiking, snowshoeing and skinning (uphill touring) trails! The building is located in a quiet wooded area. This property is an all seasons recreational paradise situated in the middle of the Mad River Valley that offers year round outdoor recreation. If you want to ski in Lincoln peak the condo is located at 5-10 minutes drive or you can use the slide brook express chairlift that is usually available during the weekend. For avid skiers there is also a tuning room on site. In the summer you can enjoy an arboreal- sheltered tennis court and a beautiful heated swimming pool. Inside the condo you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a fully equipped kitchen. The open concept living room has a sofa and two recliners that faces the captivating views of the green mountains and an apple TV with a collection of movies/ netflix and prime.
