Parking is right in front of house - ample space to park wherever is convenient. Sewer is a cesspool so no flushing of anything other than biodegradable toilet paper. Must use all eco-friendly products as all water drains to the land. Any clogging/plumbing issues that occur will be tenant responsibility.
