Our Rental Criteria: -Renter is responsible for all utilities; -We show units by appointment only; -Any resident prospect over the age of 18 is required to complete a rental application; -Application fee is $40.00 Non-refundable. $20.00 is applied to your background check, $20.00 is for the office for processing; -Monthly gross income must equal or exceed 2.5 times the monthly rent. This income can be combined by all applicants applying / residing; -Your credit score to apply must be at a minimum score of 625 to be accepted for a review; -Income must be from a verifiable source, no cash paying jobs or temporary positions will qualify; -Proof of identification is required. Your valid State ID, Driver's license or passport are acceptable; -3+ years of rental history with positive references from current and prior landlord, no evictions or unpaid judgements or collections; -If approved, you are required to provide Proof of Renter's Insurance; -If approved, proof of WE Energies and water utility activated in your name will be required prior to receiving keys.
