Winding country roads with occasional ice and snow. The property is located at 3,200 feet on a gravel road. There are approximately 6-10 snow falls a year dropping anywhere from 2-12 inches. Main road is plowed regularly. The gravel road is plowed fairly regularly. All wheel drive or 4 wheel drive is recommended. Tire chains (not cables) will work in most cases. There are no online applications. Rental applications will be given in person during viewing. Must be employed at current job for a minimum of 1 year. Should be able to verify income.
