Harbour Retreat is a luxury condo with 1172 square feet of deluxe living space in its well-laid-out two full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, private laundry, dining for six, balcony looking out over Johnson Bridge, Victoria Old Town, and the Parliament building, and steps from the seawalk. The master bedroom consists of a king bed, and the second bedroom a queen. The furnishings are deluxe and comfortable. The living room has a 65' flat-screen TV with cable and a lovely comfy sofa, loveseat, and recliner in the living room. The condo is located in the Peninsula complex, which is a 5-minute walk over the Johnson Street bridge and to Victoria Old Town, which is easy access to all the luxuries that will make your holiday or long-term stay in Victoria an enjoyable one. You can't beat the area as you don't have the downtown street noise, but it is only a 5-minute walk to the heart of it! It is located directly on the boardwalk with access to the Galloping Goose Regional Trail system. Take your choice, walk, bike, roller-blade, or kayak your way around the Greater Victoria Area. This is such a great complex, and we have multiple units here, which is great for large groups or extra-large families needing multiple units. All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.
