1. A license to occupy agreement is mandatory to be signed as soon as the reservation is confirmed. 2. A Damage Deposit is required to be paid once the reservation is confirmed. It is refundable upon checkout if no damage has occurred to the unit/house. 3. If your stay is more than 30 days, there will a mid-stay cleaning fee added after every 30 days. 4. Please note you must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. 5. All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

About Marvelous Mermaid
This is one of a kind in Victoria, part of the 1998 development building on the waterfront in Old Town Victoria. The building was built in 2000 and has steel and concrete construction. Fully renovated in February 2021, Pied-a-Terre Harbour Penthouse has everything you need to cook up a gourmet meal, whip up a cocktail, or just escape and unwind. This unit has a lovely curved shape to it with views of the waterway and the bridge out of every window. You will be kept busy people-watching and checking out the boats sailing by. There is a king bed in the room and also a lovely memory foam Lazy Boy sofa sleeper in the living room for the extra guests. The common area included with this unit is the rooftop deck with an outside BBQ patio area with views from the Parliament buildings to the open ocean. It is the perfect place for relaxing, indulging, and taking in those beautiful seaside harbour views. This is such a great complex, and we have multiple units here, which is great for large groups or extra-large families needing multiple units.
