About Heart of Hearts The Vogue complex was converted from offices to apartments in 2006 and is a special spot in one of the most unique heritage buildings in Victoria. If you are looking for a downtown feel, the Heart of Hearts is a great choice! Right in the middle of Old Town Victoria, with all the updated amenities you will need to make your stay fantastic. You will love the views of the Parliament buildings to the open ocean from the rooftop patio. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom. There is also a blow-up mattress if you want for your little travelers. The lovely kitchen is fully equipped for whatever meals you want to make for you and your family as you enjoy your stay in Victoria.
