About Lookout Point This is one of a kind in Victoria, part of the building is a heritage from 1891, and then the front half of the building is brand new in 2016. This unit has a lovely curved shape to it with views of the waterway and the bridge out of every window. You will be kept busy people-watching and checking out the boats sailing by. There are queen beds in each room, and also a lovely memory foam Lazy-Boy sofa sleeper in the living room for the extra guests. The common area included with this unit is a lovely kitchen/meeting room and an outside BBQ patio area with views from the Parliament buildings to the open ocean. If you are looking for a downtown feel, this would be a great choice. All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.
