1. A license to occupy agreement is mandatory to be signed as soon as the reservation is confirmed. 2. A Damage Deposit is required to be paid once the reservation is confirmed. It is refundable upon checkout if no damage has occurred to the unit/house. 3. If your stay is more than 30 days, there will a mid-stay cleaning fee added after every 30 days. 4. Please note you must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. 5. All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

About the building

One-bedroom units start from $2900.00, and two-bedroom units start from $3700.00 for annual leases. Please contact us directly for monthly rates for stays of shorter durations. Please provide details of your specific needs, length of stay, unit size, parking, bedroom requirements, etc. Many of our clients need temporary housing because of work, insurance claims, health care needs, etc., are often less than a year. Please view the full list of properties at CheckedIn and let us know your specific needs. The Harbour Walk unit is a large 1000 square foot condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has the option for 2 twin beds or 1 king. Let us know your preference before your arrival, and we will have it ready for you. This condo is situated across the street from the Royal BC Museum, kitty-corner from the Empress Hotel, and one block from the Parliament buildings and the Inner Harbour. If you like to enjoy gardens, Beacon Hill Park is also across the street, where you can enjoy the flowers, gardens, petting zoo, children's playground, and fantastic views from the lookout area. We also have a playpen and booster seat for our traveling families. All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana. We have been managing furnished rentals since 2008, we are trusted and insured, and we aim to make owners and clients happy with the right accommodation for their needs.
