This is a house share in a quiet private community. I am renting out the Master Bedroom, ensuite Bathroom, with a very large walk-in closet. (Closet is some shared space/Christmas stuff) There is a beautiful Sunroom in that part of the home as well and you can claim it. This home is a well divided floor plan for quiet living. There are TVs in both your master bedroom and in the sunroom. Cable and internet is included. In this community there is a pool & gym I can give you access to. It is a Tennis and Golf community but you would have to be a paying member to particiapate in those ammenities.

I am a woman in my 50's. I work most days during the week, enjoy being home and going to visit with friends, family & Church-Bible Study. I believe communication is key. I love a clean & tidy home and have cleaners here once a month. Peaceful.

Half of the FPL and Water Bill. It will flucuate monthly. I am guessing your half being $250 a month and that is hopefully on the high end. I try to be on the conserviative side with my utility usage. I am open to discussion and believe in fairness.
