This is a month to month rental agreement. We have the property for sale, but Tenants are protected by Washington State Landlord Tenant Law RCW 59.18. Average notice is 30 - 60 days. Please read below. As owners of the property, we respectful of our tenants and their concerns. We would give ample notice when we schedule showings as well as if there is a valid purchase and sale agreement in progress. We have had very few showings due to the economy. This is a charming house which was a mansion converted into individual apartments with their own living, bedroom, kitchen and bathrooms located in a desirable area zoned commercial. The neighborhood is quiet and all current tenants are very respectful of each other. Most interested parties would leave the tenants on the second floor in place if they wanted to use the main floor for their office space.
