Hi everyone! We have a large private room opening soon for $1650 in a quiet, clean, peaceful home in Van Nuys! It's really great and will feel like your own 1-bedroom apartment! The room comes with its own large private bathroom, a walk-in closet, and garage parking, so it really feels like your own private space. The house is in a great community with a super convenient location. A large Target and other everyday essentials are very close by, so errands are easy and everything you need is nearby. The home is fully equipped with a complete kitchen, all appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and pretty much everything needed for comfortable day-to-day living. We also have ethernet ports in every room, which is a huge plus if you work from home, game, stream, or just appreciate a strong reliable connection The household itself is very calm and low key. Everyone here is respectful, professional, introverted, and easy to live with. Most of the time we are in our rooms working, gaming, relaxing, or doing our own thing unless someone is downstairs cooking. It is a very peaceful environment with no parties, no loud gatherings, and no drama, just a genuinely comfortable home where everyone respects each other's space Utilities are split four ways and usually come out to around $100 per month. We also have solar, which helps keep electricity lower. Every few months we split gardening costs, which usually comes out to around $30 each when it comes up. There is one small to medium non-shedding dog in the house, so being a dog lover is important No additional pets and no smoking. We are looking for one person only, not a couple, who is clean, responsible, and easygoing. The current roommate is moving out around mid-May, so the room will be available after that.
