The Solara Casita is a cozy and bright, beautifully appointed, fully-furnished 1bd/1ba stand-alone unit available May 2026 at $1,850/month (+$1,000 refundable security deposit). It is a tastefully renovated vintage 1970s camper that comes with its own private spacious gated yard that includes a covered patio lounge, a fire pit lounge, picnic table, tree swings, and access to all communal spaces (pool, etc). All utilities, shared laundry room access, and wifi are included. Pet-friendly (limited to one, must be house-trained with no excessive barking).
