Lease terms

Minimum stay is 30 nights. Rate includes all utilities. Guests will need to have an online background & credit check done, at a cost of $45 per person. I reserve the right to refuse service & cancel an existing reservation based on the findings of the background check. Guest(s) will also need to sign a lease for the expected duration of the stay, to help protect the property from squatters. All personal travel reservations need to be booked by the guests themselves. No smoking, no firearms & no parties, please. The in-home laundry room is the only interior common space, days can be assigned if you prefer. This duplex/home is naturally divided by the laundry room in the middle with locked doors on either side. You'll enter through the front door & enjoy the front of the building which includes a bedroom with walk-in closet, full bathroom, living room, work space, dining area, full kitchen & access to the laundry room. The 10,000 square foot lot is also yours to enjoy, which includes in front of the house, the back yard, fire pit & rear deck. Listing is pet-friendly, as long as approved by the host prior to booking. Support animals cannot be left unattended in the home. The monthly rate is for 2 adults and no parties, please. The fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge) & all of the supplies you'll need. The nest thermostat is in the hallway between the bedroom and living room. Your designated parking spot is in the driveway closest to the front door. You can park an additional car on the street in front of the house. There are 5 exterior Ring video cameras, along with door & window sensors to ensure the safety of all guests.
