You'll share the living room, bathroom, and storage room with a roomate who is a kind and nice military youngman. A 5.8 kW solar system (15 panels) will offset most of the electricity usage. You only need to pay a portion exceeding solar power generation, determined by PG&E smart meter. Water and sewer charges are based on actual usage, measured by a dedicated water meter and billed at the city's rates. All utility costs are prorated according to the number of days of occupancy. Internet Wi-Fi and garbage disposing are provided at no additional cost. An AirTV antenna is ready for your TV. Three Oaks Community Center, tennis, swimming, and a gym are 5-minute drive away. Shopping options including Costco, Walmart, County Square Market (Asian food) and WinCo Foods are 3-minute walk and 5minute driving away.
