We are working professionals living in our home, we have 3 restrooms, 4 rooms, 2 living rooms, able to use kitchen space. Private kitchen pantry included. Very nice and quiet area; close to highways and stores. Preferably for one person with stable income, no pets (may consider one pet not multiple). Prefer someone that is looking for long term renting 12 months - 18 months. Please no smoking/alcohol, no guests. For the restroom we ask that you clean it once a week. For the kitchen we ask that you clean up after every use. Only 8 mins by street to Travis Air force Base!! Available to move in JULY.
