High-speed Wi-Fi is provided; personal media subscriptions (e.g., Netflix, Hulu) are not included. 4. Applicants must pass a background check and have a minimal credit score of 700. Official documents are required to verify identity, enrollment status, and proof of job/income. Three professional references are required for those without a professional degree. 5. Co-signers for students are welcome, provided they meet the same background, credit score, and income/job verification criteria as a primary applicant.
