We offer beautifully remodeled 1Br/1Ba (800 square foot) & 2Br/2Ba (1,035 square foot) options of luxurious living space. The upgrades include a newly renovated kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances & water dispenser, quartz countertops, vinyl plank flooring throughout, fully remodeled bathroom and lots of closet space to help keep you organized. You will feel right at home as you take a dip in the sparkling pool or prepare your meal on our outdoor built-in gas grill. Enjoy the golden sunset over the sparkling pool all from the comfort of your own balcony!! All residents pay for Gas, Electric & Water while the owner pays for Trash, Landscaping and Sewage services. Our residents are strongly encouraged to purchase renters Insurance but it is not a requirement for residency at this time. Our online application process is fast and stress free. There will be a $40 application fee for every applicant. All occupants over the age of 18 are required to apply. The security deposit of $900.00 is due at the time of application approval (less $100 if the apartment is forfeited after approval prior to move-in) ! We look forward to meeting with you soon!
