Lease terms

Short-term / Month-to-month or 30+ day flexible stays. Open to extending the lease if it's a good mutual fit. Utilities included: water, sewer, wi-fi, electric, and trash are included up to a monthly seasonal usage cap ($500 summer / $400 winter). Security Deposit $400 refundable security deposit due at signing. Applicant pays for background check and credit check. House Rules & Policies: Strictly enforced: No drugs, no smoking/vaping (inside or on the property), no parties, and no excessive drinking. Deep respect for sleeping and working hours goes both ways. I'm happy to coordinate quiet times around your shift schedule, as long as quiet hours are mutually honored. Home already has two small dogs. No additional pets please. Single occupancy preferred. No overnight unregistered guests without prior discussion.
