The Space Welcome to our beautiful adobe block Modern home located in beautiful Tucson! This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home features a private pool and plenty of space to gather with your loved ones. Relax by the adobe fireplace, enjoy the outdoors, or take a dip in the pool whatever you're looking for, we're here to make your stay unforgettable. Our home accommodates up to 10 guests, with spaces designed for comfort, relaxation, and fun. We've put extra effort into making the home perfect for families, with a special focus on seamless indoor/outdoor living. The outdoor space includes a propane BBQ grill and a lovely dining gazebo that seats 6, plus comfortable lounge seating that seats 8 plus an additional 2 rocking chairs and cozy string lights ideal for making memories with family and friends. Bedroom 1: King bed, private en-suite bathroom, sleeps 2 Bedroom 2: King bed, sleeps 2. This is the only bedroom on the east side of the house. The bathroom is a step outside the door Bedroom 3: Queen bed, sleeps 2 Bedroom 4: Bunk bed with trundle (top bunk: twin, bottom bunk: full, trundle: full), sleeps up to 4 Other Spaces The Kitchen: Fully stocked with all the essentials you need for your home away from home, including a gas range, large fridge, ample prep space, and a variety of coffee makers. We also provide oils, spices, and herbs for your culinary adventures. Got a specific request? Let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate! Dining Areas: Dine inside or outside! Enjoy a table for 6 indoors, plus a countertop bar area that seats 2 and another. Outdoors, there's a dining table for 6, plus ample patio seating and tables perfect for evening meals under the stars. The living room area: Enjoy a comfortable space with multiple board games and 50" smart television. Kids and adults alike will have a blast here. The Pool: Our private pool is surrounded by stunning desert and city views, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Enjoy lounging on the chairs, BBQing on the grill, and soaking up the sun. Need the pool heated during winter? We offer this service for a $60 nightly fee. No need to bring pool towels we've got you covered! What You're Looking For Whether it's a relaxing getaway or a special gathering, every detail in our home is designed to provide comfort and joy. Each room is fitted with comfy mattresses, fresh linens, extra blankets, and soft lighting to help you unwind. The bathrooms are fully stocked so you don't need to worry about anything you left behind. Need to Work? We understand that sometimes work needs to be done. We've provided a well-lit workspace and reliable internet connection to keep you productive. Traveling with Kids? Perfect! Our bunk room is stocked with books. Board games are located in the living area fireplace cabinet. This room is ideal for children. However, adults will be comfortable on the lower full bed or full-size pull-out trundle. Come Explore! We look forward to being your hosts! Guest Access You'll have access to the entire property, except for a locked storage closet used by our cleaning crew. The front door has a keypad with a personal code for your stay. There's parking for a car in the garage and plenty of space on our driveway. We also have an electric charger for your EV car with Telsa adaptor in the garage. Tucson is a great place to explore, and we'll be happy to provide recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Other Things to Note Neighborhood: We're located in a quiet neighborhood with spacious properties. While the home is very private, please remember that loud noise can carry down the canyon. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially outdoors, to respect the neighbors. No Parties or Events: In accordance with Airbnb and Tucson laws, we do not host parties or events. Only those listed on the reservation may be on the property. Security: For your safety, we have two exterior motion-sensor security cameras in place: 1) Flood light above the garage. 2) Ring style doorbell camera. 3) decibel monitor outside the pool fence which monitors sound level and does not pick up conversation. There are no cameras inside the house. Any tampering with security cameras or Wi-Fi will result in immediate termination of your stay.
