Majority of the time you will be in home alone. It's our second home and we only visit our grandkids for 4-7 days once every 4-8 weeks. If it's my wife, then she is gone 8-12 hours each day, babysitting grandkids. No smoking inside or outside of the house. No pets. No overnight guests unless preapproved by Landlord. No big parties.
