This property is ideal for mid-term rentals (1-6 months). It is currently available from 7/1/26 until 12/31/26 with a minimum stay of one month and a maximum stay until 12/31/26. Visiting health care workers, professionals relocating, temporary assignments in the area, homeowners undergoing renovations of their homes or longer stay travelers. There is no smoking inside or on the property. Extreme caution should be taken if using the outdoor fireplace or grill as this is the desert and during summer months, there's a great risk of fire. Tenants will be responsible for trash collection (bringing bins to the road) and maintaining the inside and outside during their stay. Cleaning services can be arranged for a fee during your stay. For stays of longer than 3 months, renter's insurance is highly encouraged.
