Lease terms
Minimum of one months lease. The owner will pay for the utilities, internet, garbage and the gardener. No Smoking is allowed inside of the house. No screws or pins, etc. allowed unless the tenant gets owner's permission. Otherwise, there will be a $10 fine for each small hole or depending on how bad the damage is. Renter insurance is not required, but strongly recommended.

BBQ, boating, swimming, hiking, and Horseback riding in the summer, or ski in the winter. Newly renovated house ensure you'll be comfortable throughout your entire stay. The kitchen includes a stove with oven, microwave with range, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee machine, and the rice maker. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, two desks, a fan, a closet, and two end tables with drawers. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed, a desk, a fan, and a closet. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed, a desk, a closet, a private bathroom, and a private loft. There's a sofa bed in the living room.
The rent for the whole house is $3950, including all the utilities, garbage, and the internet or $3600 including internet and the garbage only, not the Utilities. There's a one time none refundable cleaning fee of $350, refundable $5000 deposit, and the first month rent required before move in.

Option 2: Rent for shared housing including utilities, garbage, and the internet:
Bedroom 1 with a king bed and a private deck: $1200 a month for the first person, each additional person pays additional $120. Maximum capacity is two adults and one child. One time cleaning fee of $150.
Bedroom 2 with a full bed: $950 a month for one person, each additional person pays $120. Maximum capacity is two. One time cleaning fee of $100.
* Bedroom 1&2 share the same bathroom with a bathtub.
Bedroom 3 with a queen bed and a private bathroom and a private loft: $2000 a month for the two person, each additional person pays $150. Maximum capacity is two adults and two children. One time cleaning fee of $250.
