No Smoking in home or open fires on premises. Pets negotiable. Renters required to keep premises in good working order.

Hike and snowshoe right from the back of the house, the RIM trail is minutes away! Only 5 mins to downtown Truckee and 20 mins to multiple area ski resorts.
