Seasonal ski lease: Dec 1, 2026 Apr 30, 2027. Looking for one group to lease the 3 furnished bedrooms + 2 bathrooms for the full season. No blackout dates during the lease term, including holidays and long weekends. Rent is $4,800/month and includes utilities, Wi-Fi, hot tub maintenance and driveway snow removal, subject to reasonable utility usage. Specific utility terms will be included in the lease agreement. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles total: 1 garage space + 2 driveway spaces. Garage space is also available for seasonal ski/snowboard and winter gear storage. No smoking. The home and shared common areas are expected to be kept clean and ready for everyone to use. This is an owner-occupied home. The renter group has 3 dedicated bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, while the kitchen, living/dining areas, laundry, deck and hot tub are shared with the homeowner. Refundable security deposit: $4,800. Seasonal rent payment schedule and other lease terms will be discussed before signing.

The bedrooms include one room with a king bed + single bed and two rooms with full beds. The home has a spacious shared living and dining area with a wood-burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, fast Wi-Fi, and a large wrap-around deck with an outdoor hot tub. The group will also have one garage parking space, two additional driveway parking spaces, and garage space to leave skis, snowboards and winter gear throughout the season. Driveway snow removal and utilities are included. I am the homeowner and live in the home full-time in my own bedroom/bathroom suite. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms described above are dedicated to the renter group, while the kitchen, living/dining areas, laundry, deck and hot tub are shared with me. Looking for a clean, respectful small group that wants a comfortable Tahoe home base for the winter.
