Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. We are primarily seeking tenants for year long terms, though we are open to negotiating shorter durations for the right applicant. Please reach out to discuss your specific needs. The cost has utilities is in addition to the cost listed. There is enough parking to accommodate 3 vehicles. Tenant will be responsible for putting the trash and recycling every Wednesday night. Garbage and recycling come every Thursday morning. Dogs are negotiable, (Sorry no cats). I would like to discuss before making a decision.
