No guest is allowed to stay overnight. *Applicant Requirements: Credit check, background check and employment verification is required. Credit score has to be at least 700+ We are looking for a single professional working individual - preferred female - who is responsible, respectful, clean and no smoking, no alcohol, no drugs, no party, no 420 friendly, no pet. The individual has to go through credit and background check and employment verification. Your guests can visit but no overnight stay is allowed. *House Rules: 1. The tenant agreed to keep the room and the bathroom clean after using and respect the other housemates' privacy. 2. The tenant is responsible for all of his/her own household supplies such as toilet paper, laundry products & toiletries. 3. The tenant is responsible for all kitchen supplies such as utensils, dishes, bowls, etc No sharing supplies, utensils, dishes, bowls, etc with the owner. 4. The household's activity is closed at 10:00 PM 5:00 AM except for weekend can be extended to 11:00 PM 9:00 AM. During the closed time, we will shut down lights, doors and noises. Please kindly keep all activities inside of your room or step outside to respect the quietness during the shutdown time. 5. This room is next to a meditation room. We'd like to ask for 30 mins from 9:00 PM 9:30 PM each day of quietness in your room so we can do meditation in the prayer room. 6. The tenant is responsible to clean up after himself / herself. 7. The tenant can't bring in any electrical products (except for computers and computer's related products and phone and phone's related products) without the owner's approval. 8. Parking: The tenant is to park in any available space in the street.
