Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, the project retains the visual integrity of the historic Southam Press building in its podium levels, while integrating a 58 story rental residential tower above.Toronto House is designed for the growing creative class that is defining Toronto -- one of North America's fastest growing technology hubs. The workspace component of Toronto House is home to Thomson Reuter's new Global Innovation Hub, who have made a significant long term commitment to Toronto and Canada.The project also contributes 464 contemporary homes for lease in the heart of Downtown Toronto.
