Rental Options Entire 2-bedroom, 1-bath furnished unit: $1900/month Private use of the full lower-level duplex with no shared living spaces. Private king bedroom: $1,300/month Private furnished bedroom with shared access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room, laundry area, workspace, and parking. Private queen bedroom: $1,200/month Private furnished bedroom with shared access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room, laundry area, workspace, and parking. For individual room rentals, maximum occupancy is one person per bedroom. Move-In Requirements Entire unit rental: first month's rent + $1,900 refundable security deposit + $200 non-refundable fee. One-bedroom rental: first month's rent + $800 refundable security deposit + $200 non-refundable cleaning/admin fee. Last month's rent may be required depending on lease length, rental option, and application strength. Renters insurance is required before move-in for all approved stays of 30 days or longer, including month-to-month rentals. The policy must include at least $100,000 in personal liability coverage. Proof of active coverage is required before keys are released. Landlord must be listed as an additional interested party, not as an additional insured. No pets. No smoking. No parties. Private parking available. This is a private lower-level duplex unit accessed from alley parking directly outside the unit, with approximately 12 stairs to entry. Some normal household sounds from the upstairs unit, such as footsteps or light movement, may occasionally be heard. Tenant screening criteria will be provided upon request. Reusable tenant screening reports accepted as required by Washington law.
