If you listen to good music, have more than three friends, or generally regard yourself as somewhat of a style maven, then move out of that circa 1984 duplex and set yourself up in a brand new TipTop apartment - you belong here with the rest of us!
The TipTop building has a really interesting past. It was first constructed in 1916 as a factory for the Ford Motor Company. Yes, the classic icon of the American automotive industry, the Model T Ford, was built right here in your living room. How s that for a conversation starter at your next dinner party?
And once you milk that cow dry, drop the next bomb. The namesake of the TipTop building, Tip Top Products, was the second longest resident other than Ford. Guess what they invented and produced? The bobby pin and the ubiquitous pink hair curler. Now that s what we call history!
