This income must be verifiable with either with most recent pay-stubs, copies of any award letters, new hire letter or offer letter on company letter head with start date of new employment along with your hourly rate and average weekly hours worked. Applicant must have favorable credit as well as no felony background; all tenants will be screened prior to management approval. Applicant must have good previous rental, no previous evictions or outstanding balances due to any previous landlord; this will be verified with a landlord verification form. We will accept co-signers for lack of income and/or moderate credit issues. We will also require double deposit for credit issues per management approval (previous eviction (unpaid) and felony background do not apply to this).
